## **Circular 67 Coupon - Circular Online Checkout Terms & Conditions**

### 1. **Offer Period**

The promotion begins at **12:30 GMT+8 on Thursday, 5 March 2026**, and will continue until further notice (“**Offer Period**”).

### 2. **Eligibility**

The `67` coupon (the “**Coupon**”) is available to all customers, new and existing, who initiate checkout via:

* The **Circular website** at <https://nowcircular.sg>

### 3. **How to Redeem**

* To qualify, customers must:
  * Click the **“*Checkout*”** button on an eligible product listing on the Circular website, or
  * Click the “***Lease***” button on an eligible product listing on a participating Merchant Partner’s checkout page that uses Circular’s subscription flow.
* The `CNY68` **Coupon must be applied** during this checkout process, and the order must be successfully submitted within the Offer Period.

### 4. **Coupon Details**

* The Coupon provides **$6.70 off the first month’s subscription fee**.
* The discount is applied automatically at checkout once the Coupon is entered.
* The discount **applies only to the first billing cycle** and **does not repeat** in subsequent months.

### 5. **Redemption Limitations**

* There is a limit of **2 redemption per-customer** for the Coupon.
* However, Circular reserves the right to impose limits or restrictions at its discretion in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse (see Section 7).

### 6. **Offer Restrictions**

* The Offer is **only valid on the Circular website only**.
* The Offer is **subject to availability** and may be **amended, suspended, or withdrawn** **at any time without prior notice**.
* The Coupon **cannot be applied to existing approved or activated orders**, and **cannot be combined** with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
* The Offer is **not valid for Circular for Business customers** or for products marked as **“not eligible”** on any relevant platform.
* The Offer **has no cash value** and may not be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
* All subscription applications are **subject to financial approval**.

### 7. **Misuse & Disqualification**

* Circular reserves the right to **cancel any order or disqualify any customer** suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation of the promotion, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
* In the event of such disqualification, **Circular may rescind the promotional discount and recover the full, undiscounted subscription amount**, including by charging the customer’s registered payment method for the amount previously discounted.
* Circular may take further action, including **suspension of service or legal recourse**, if misuse is deemed deliberate or repeated.

### 8. **Other Terms**

* All subscriptions are governed by **Circular’s standard Terms of Use**.
* Circular reserves the right to **modify these Terms** or **terminate the promotion** at its discretion without prior notice.
* In the event of any dispute relating to the Offer or these Terms, **Circular’s decision shall be final and binding**. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

### 9. **Data Sharing & Customer Contact**

* By initiating a lease through the Circular website or a [Merchant Partner’s](https://learn.nowcircular.com/articles/circular-merchants-new-ways-to-get-your-subscription-faster-Ewv3l5gkBh?utm_source=brainfish&utm_medium=popup_widget) website and completing the subscription via Circular’s checkout flow, customers acknowledge and agree that **relevant personal data** (including contact details, order information, and verification documents) may be **collected, used, and disclosed** by:
  * **Circular**, and
  * The **relevant Merchant Partner(s)** involved in the transaction, for the following purposes:
    * Processing the subscription application;
    * Providing product delivery and customer support;
    * Managing and fulfilling the `67` promotion.
* This data handling is conducted in accordance with **Circular’s Privacy Policy** (<https://nowcircular.sg/privacy-policy>) and in compliance with Singapore’s **Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA)**.
* Customers may be contacted by authorised representatives of either company via email, SMS, or phone for purposes related to the subscription and service delivery.

### 10. **Third-Party Disclaimer**

* This Offer is **not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party brands**, including device manufacturers listed on the Circular website or Merchant Partners’ websites.
* Circular is **not responsible for technical issues** that prevent coupon redemption, including browser errors, internet disruptions, or user input mistakes.
