# Am I eligible for a Circular subscription?

To be eligible for a Circular subscription, you must meet several criteria. We utilise BASIQ, an Australian Government-approved open-banking platform to gather necessary details, including your financial details to confirm your eligibility.


## **Eligibility Criteria:**

* **Age:** You must be at least 18 years old.
* **Residency:** You must be an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid Australian visa.
* **Income:** You must have an annual income of at least $20,000.


### **Does being eligible mean that my orders will be approved?**

While eligibility allows you to place an order, all orders are subject to approval. Approval depends on your financial and credit information. This approach ensures that subscriptions are manageable within your financial means and maintains the safety and security of Circular devices.
