# Do you have a physical store?

Circular does not operate our own retail outlets — instead, we work with **participating merchants** across Singapore to make subscription devices more accessible.


The main difference? **In-store self-pickup gives you the opportunity to experience the device first-hand before committing to your subscription term — and walk home with your subscription device immediately.**


At these merchant locations, eligible customers can:

* Explore available subscription devices in person.
* Speak with store staff familiar with the Circular subscription process.
* See, touch, and feel the device before committing to a subscription term.
* **Collect your subscription device immediately** once your application is approved.

  

**Examples of what you might find at participating merchants:**

* Popular flagship smartphones available on 12-month or 24-month subscription plans.
* Exclusive in-store subscription offers.

  

**How in-store self-pickup works:**


1. **Choose your device** after interacting with it in person.
2. **Complete subscription checkout** with the merchant’s Retail Associate by scanning a uniquely generated QR code, including identity and credit verification.
3. **Get instant approval** — if approved, you can finalise registration and walk out with your subscription device immediately.
4. **If declined**, the authorisation hold is instantly reversed — no funds are deducted.
