# How do I close or delete my Circular account?

Closing your Circular account permanently removes your access to our subscription services. You may wish to request closure if you no longer intend to use Circular. Please note that account closure is subject to certain conditions to ensure all subscriptions and payments are settled first.


Customers are required under our Terms & Conditions to clear any outstanding obligations before account closure can be processed.


### How to request account closure

* Write in to us at **[help_sg@nowcircular.com](mailto:help_sg@nowcircular.com)** with your request for account closure.
* Our team will verify your account details and confirm the next steps.


### Important notes

* Any **active subscriptions** must be returned or completed before your account can be closed.
* Any **outstanding invoices** must be paid in full.
* Once processed, closure is **permanent and cannot be undone**.
* If you plan to return to Circular in the future, you will need to sign up again as a new customer.
