How do I reset or change my password?

Keeping your password secure helps protect your account from unauthorised access. You can reset it anytime using the “Forgot password” flow.

Steps to reset your password:

1. From the login page, select Forgot your password? - or go directly to the Forgot Password page.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Open the email from Circular and click the Reset password link.
4. Create your new password and confirm.

If you’re currently logged in and simply want to change it

Sign out, then follow the same Forgot Password steps above to set a new one.

If you signed in with Google or Facebook

• Your password is managed by Google/Facebook, not Circular.
• To change it, update your password in your Google or Facebook account settings.

Troubleshooting

• Didn’t receive the email? Check spam/junk and add Circular to your safe senders list.
• Link expired or doesn’t work? Run the Forgot Password flow again to receive a fresh link.
• Multiple emails? Make sure you enter the address you used to register with Circular.
