# How do I reset or change my password?

Keeping your password secure helps protect your account from unauthorised access. You can reset it anytime using the “Forgot password” flow.

### **Steps to reset your password:**


1. From the [login page](https://nowcircular.sg/sign-in?blk=true), select **Forgot your password?** - or go directly to the [Forgot Password page](https://nowcircular.sg/forgot-password?blk=true).
2. Enter your **registered email address**.
3. Open the email from Circular and click the **Reset password** link.
4. Create your new password and confirm.

### If you’re currently logged in and simply want to change it

Sign out, then follow the same **Forgot Password** steps above to set a new one.

### If you signed in with Google or Facebook

* Your password is managed by **Google/Facebook**, not Circular.
* To change it, update your password in your Google or Facebook account settings.

### Troubleshooting

* **Didn’t receive the email?** Check spam/junk and add Circular to your safe senders list.
* **Link expired or doesn’t work?** Run the **Forgot Password** flow again to receive a fresh link.
* **Multiple emails?** Make sure you enter the address you used to register with Circular.
