# How do I update my email address or phone number?

Keeping your contact details up to date ensures you receive important notifications about your subscription, payments, and delivery updates.

## Steps to update your phone number


1. Log in to [nowcircular.sg](http://nowcircular.sg/).
2. Click on the **profile silhouette icon** (top right) and go to **[Profile](https://nowcircular.sg/profile/personal-details)**.
3. Under the **Contact** section, click the **Edit** button beside your phone number.
4. A pop-up window will appear. Remove your existing number and enter your new number.

5. Click **Send Verification Code**. An SMS containing a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your new number.

6. Enter the OTP in the **Verification Code** field and click **Verify Code**.
7. Once verified, your new number will be saved automatically.

### Important notes

* Only verified phone numbers can be saved.
* If you don’t receive the OTP within one minute, click **Resend Code**.
* For security reasons, Circular cannot manually verify or change your phone number on your behalf.




## Steps to update your email


1. Log in to [nowcircular.sg](http://nowcircular.sg/).
2. Click on the **profile silhouette icon** (top right) and go to **[Profile](https://nowcircular.sg/profile/personal-details)**.
3. Under **Contact**, you will see your registered email and phone number.
4. To update your registered email, click on the provided **form link**.
5. Fill in the request form with your new details and submit.
6. Once verified, your updated email/phone number will be reflected in your Circular account.

   
   
   

**Important notes:**

* Some updates may require additional identity verification for security.
* Your email address is also your login credential, so make sure it is active and accessible.
