How many devices can I subscribe to?
At Circular, we provide each subscriber with a specific credit limit known as Spending Power. This term refers to the maximum monthly amount you are approved to allocate towards subscriptions for devices on our platform. You can maintain multiple device subscriptions concurrently, as long as the total cost does not exceed your Spending Power limit. We encourage our customers to subscribe within their means, ensuring they can comfortably manage the total monthly payments.
:::info Please note: Each subscription is still subject to our approval process. Paying your existing subscription fees on time every month will help keep your Spending Power in good shape.

When is Spending Power assigned to my account?
For New Customers:
Spending Power is assigned once you place your first order and successfully complete your personal, financial, and credit checks. Start by placing an order through our Singapore or Australia websites.
For Existing Customers:
Your Spending Power is automatically reviewed and adjusted each time you place an order, ensuring the information is always up to date. It is influenced by your payment history with us, along with your updated personal, financial, and credit information.
How Spending Power works:
Your Spending Power determines the number and type of devices you can subscribe to at any given time. For example, if your Spending Power is $150 per month, here's how you could allocate it:
1 device
- Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 256GB on a 6-month subscription at $129
==Total monthly subscription charged to your card: $129==
Remaining Spending Power with us: $150 - $129 = $21
2 devices
- Samsung Galaxy S22+,128GB on a 6-month subscription at $104
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, on a 24-month subscription at $44
==Total monthly subscription charged to your card: $104 + $44 = $148==
Remaining Spending Power with us: $150 - $148 = $2
3 devices
- Lightly Used Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 128GB on a 24-month subscription at $54
- AirPods Pro (2nd Gen), on a 24-month subscription at $14
- MacBook Air M2 15”, on an 24-month subscription at $74
==Total monthly subscription charged to your card: $54 + $14 + $74 = $142==
Remaining Spending Power with us: $150 - $142 = $8
Can I subscribe to 2 devices at the same time?
Yes, you can subscribe to multiple devices simultaneously if you:
- Are eligible for a Circular subscription, and
- Have sufficient Spending Power, and
- Maintain a positive payment history with Circular.
:::info Please note: Each subscription is still subject to our approval process based on multiple factors.
:::
Are there limits on device categories?
Yes, but these limits apply only to mobile and special devices. You can hold as many subscriptions as your Spending Power allows, but you're limited to a maximum of two (2) mobile devices at any time. Additionally, certain devices classified as "special" by Circular are restricted to one (1) per customer.
Beyond these category limits, you’re free to mix and match subscriptions within your Spending Power balance, as illustrated in the examples provided. If your order exceeds these limits, it will be declined, with the reason clearly stated in the decline email.
