# I've changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

You have a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period from the **date of your order** to change your mind and cancel the subscription without penalty—except if the delivered device’s packaging has been opened. To do so, email us at [help_sg@nowcircular.com](mailto:help_sg@nowcircular.com) within this timeframe.

## Cancellation within 14-Calendar-Day:

### Before you receive your device

If you cancel before you receive your device, we will process your cancellation and instruct your bank to [release the authorisation hold](https://learn.nowcircular.com/articles/will-i-be-charged-when-i-apply-for-a-subscription-acGfojuU8q) (if your order has not be approved) or issue a refund immediately. No payment would have been made to Circular.

### After you have received your device BUT you have yet to unseal your device

If the device has been delivered but remains unused and in its original sealed packaging, notify us for a return and refund. We’ll arrange the device's return at no cost to you and process your refund **after we’ve received and inspected the returned device.**

### After you have received your device and you have unsealed your device

If you've opened the device packaging but decide to cancel within the 14 days from order date, an Early Cancellation Charge applies. This charge is three (3) times the monthly subscription fee. Once payment has been made, we'll arrange the device return at no cost to you.

## Cancellation after 14-Calendar-Day:

Cancellation requests after the 14-calendar-day cooling-off period are subject to a full Early Cancellation Charge, calculated as the remaining monthly subscription payments until the end of your chosen subscription term. Once payment has been made, we'll facilitate the device's return at no cost to you.
