Preparing Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 for Return

Make sure you reset on your device before returning to Circular or sending it in for a repair. Otherwise, your device will be locked – anyone you give the device to won't be able to use it normally and Samsung technicians won't be able to perform service repairs.

==Reset with the Galaxy Wearable app==

1. In the Galaxy Wearable app of the connected phone
2. Next, tap on Watch Settings
3. Tap General, then Reset. And tap Reset again to confirm

1. Navigate to Settings
2. Swipe to and tap General
3. Swipe to and tap Reset
4. Tap Reset. Tap the check mark and follow any on-screen instructions to start the reset
