For Australia:
We utilise BASIQ, an Australian Government-approved open-banking platform, to gather necessary details. Rest assured, we do not access your bank accounts or transactions directly. Instead, we reference your historical transactions to confirm your capability to afford the monthly payments.
Additional information may be required:
After reviewing your subscription order, we might request further information to complete the process. It's important to provide any additional documents promptly. Failure to do so could result in the inability to avail of our services.
