# What is the order and approval process?

We’re delighted that you’ve made the decision to subscribe to a Circular device! Here’s the detailed step-by-step guide on how to get started:

## Order & Sign Up Process


1. **Pick Your Tech & Plan:** First, select your desired Circular device and choose a subscription plan that suits you, the choice is yours.
2. **Sign Up:** Then, [create your Circular account](https://learn.nowcircular.com/articles/what-information-does-circular-need-to-complete-my-account-set-up-LyfETagmBd). Ensure you’re eligible by checking the requirements for [Singapore](https://learn.nowcircular.com/articles/am-i-eligible-for-a-circular-subscription-ygmrcSvxz5).
3. **Checkout:** Complete your order with [an eligible payment method](https://learn.nowcircular.com/articles/what-payment-methods-do-you-accept-oZPAhK4yBM). An [authorisation hold](https://learn.nowcircular.com/articles/will-i-be-charged-when-i-apply-for-a-subscription-acGfojuU8q) will secure the checkout amount. Funds will only be transferred to Circular if the order is approved.

4. **Approval Process:** Your order undergoes a review within 3 business days. 5. **Approval Outcome:**

   
   1. **Approved:** You’ll be notified of the approval and your estimated shipping duration via email. The held funds will then be transferred to Circular.
   2. **Declined:** We'll inform you about the [decline reason](https://learn.nowcircular.com/articles/why-was-my-subscription-declined-2x7B6JtOHz) via email and automatically reverse the authorisation hold. [No funds will be transferred](https://learn.nowcircular.com/articles/where-is-my-refund-JrPHHLrNBt) from your bank to Circular for any declined orders.
