When does my subscription start and end?
Your subscription starts on the date we successfully deliver the Circular device to you and concludes the day before this date in the final month of your subscription.

18/01/2024: Order placed for a 12-month subscription.
19/01/2024: Order approved.
31/01/2024: Device delivered, marking the start of your subscription.
31/02/2024: Next payment due.

30/01/2025: Final day of your current subscription term.

You'll have several options available to you at the last month of your subscription:
- Continue with the current device
- Change to a different device
- Cancel the subscription and return the device

:::info To ensure a smooth transition or conclusion of your subscription, it's advisable to contact Circular at least 3 weeks before your subscription ends to discuss your preferences and explore available options.
