1. The promotion starts at 09:00 GMT+8 Thursday, 1 January 2026 and will continue until further notice (“Offer Period”).

2. The ECOXP5 coupon (the “Coupon”) is available to any customer; both new and existing customers.

3. The Coupon applies only to selected devices and requires a minimum subscription term of 3 months.

   3. Like New condition

4. The Coupon provides the customer with $5 off their PlayStation 5 or Meta Quest 2 subscription charges each month.

5. During the Offer Period, subscriptions must be checked out with the Coupon applied to qualify for the discount. Each subscription order must be completed during the Offer Period to qualify for the discount.

6. If the initial qualifying order is not approved, the Coupon may be reapplied up to two additional times, for a total of three attempts per customer. Once a subscription order is successfully approved with the Coupon, it cannot be redeemed again.

7. The Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice.

8. The Offer may not be used on pre-existing orders or combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

9. The Offer is not valid for Circular for Business customers or for any products determined as "not eligible" on the Website.

10. The Offer has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

11. All subscriptions are subject to financial approval.

    1. Circular reserves the right to disqualify any applications or orders made suspected of fraud, manipulation, or interference with the Campaign, or any participant who does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

12. All promotions are subject to Circular's standard Terms of Use.

13. Circular reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

14. In the event of any dispute arising from the Offer or regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, Circular’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence, appeal, or further claims will be entertained.
