As you approach the last month of your current subscription's minimum term with Circular, you're presented with a few choices to consider for moving forward. Here's what you can do next:


1. Continue with the current device
2. Change to a different device
3. Cancel the subscription and return the device

## **Continue with the current device**

### 1. Commit to a new subscription term or rollover with the same device

Our customers in Singapore have the flexibility to either continue your subscription on a monthly basis without committing to a specific end term, or you can choose to lock in a new subscription term, such as 6 or 12 months.

Circular appreciates loyalty and often offers renewal discounts to customers with a good payment history as they approach the end of their subscription term. This is our way of saying thank you for staying with us, so speak to us to learn more.

### 2. Purchase the device and cancel your subscription

The device purchase option is currently available only to our customers in Singapore. We're actively working to extend this option to Australian customers soon.

Whilst the majority of our customers prefers continuing with the subscription model, some might feel attached to their subscribed devices and decide to [purchase the device](https://learn.nowcircular.com/articles/can-i-purchase-my-circular-device-sUAQVdcprX). Once you have confirmed your intent to purchase and pay the quoted Purchase Price, you'll officially own the device. We will also cancel your subscription immediately after full payment is made.

## **Change to a different device**

### 1. Swap your original device to a new device subscription

All subscribers showing good payment behaviour will be able to Swap their Circular device when they have:

* paid the invoice for the last month of their subscription plan, or
* completed the 6th month of their Flexi 18+ subscription plan

Swapping your Circular Device is simple:


1. If you’re eligible, you’ll find the “Swap” option on the [Subscription page](https://nowcircular.sg/profile/subscriptions?blk=true) in your account
2. Choose your new Circular device and subscription plan.
3. Following approval, we'll arrange for your new Circular device to be delivered for free.
4. Once your new device arrives, we’ll give you a few days to switch devices and transfer data.
5. Process your device return within 7 days of receiving your new device. For Singapore, a courier can be scheduled to facilitate the return of your original Circular device using the link found in your Order Activated email.
6. Once returned, we’ll give your original device a quick once over to make sure all is in order. We’ll then pro-rate credits for the original device’s paid but unused subscription period.

### 2. Cancel your subscription and place a new subscription order

Once the final payment has been made for your current subscription, you still have a clear path to transition to a new device. First, submit the cancellation form ([Singapore](https://nowcircular.sg/cancel?blk=true)) to initiate the cancellation process, and await confirmation of your subscription cancellation. Once you receive confirmation, navigate to Circular's website to place a new subscription order. Please note that all subscription orders are subjected to the standard approval process.

To ensure a seamless transition to a new device without interrupting your service, it's advisable to initiate the process of cancelling your current subscription and placing a new order at least 4 weeks before the end of your current subscription term.

## **Cancel the subscription and return the device**

If you decide to conclude your journey with Circular by cancelling your subscription, you can do so smoothly after making the final payment for your current subscription.

To cancel your subscription and arrange for a device return—no additional cost to you, please fill out the [cancellation form](https://nowcircular.sg/cancel?blk=true) provided by Circular.

Before returning your device, it's important to prepare it according to [Circular's guidelines](https://learn.nowcircular.com/articles/im-in-my-last-subscription-month-how-do-i-return-my-device-pLO4nxX7Ur). This ensures your device is ready for refurbishment and can be used by the next subscriber.
