Where can I check my subscription and payment details?
Our profile page is designed with usability in mind. We aim to display your relevant information in a clean and easy to navigate interface. Simply go to the top right corner of Circular’s website and hover over the human icon to begin.
Profile Page
The profile page contains your registered details with us. In here, you will find your registered email address and phone number details.
To update personal details like your phone number or email address, fill out the form on the profile page or in the link below, and follow the email instructions provided:
Subscription Page
The subscription page contains details about your Circular device, their subscription period, and the next billing date. You can also adjust your monthly billing date if needed. However, if your payment is managed by Splitit, your billing date will be fixed.
A "Swap" feature becomes available at the end of your subscription for those with a positive payment history, allowing you to switch to a new Circular device seamlessly.
Payment Page
On the payment page, you can view and download past invoices. This page also facilitates changing your card details or processing payments on your billing due date. However, if your payment is managed by Splitit, you can change your card details or process payments via the Splitit portal.
